Jane Russell (Deceased) was an American actress, singer, and Hollywood sex symbol best known for her glamorous screen presence and starring roles during the 1940s and 1950s. Born June 21, 1921, in Bemidji, Minnesota, Russell rose to fame after being cast by Howard Hughes in the western "The Outlaw." The film's publicity made her one of the most recognizable actresses of her era.
