Erin Gray - Silver Spoons

Erin Gray Erin Gray is an American actress and former model best known for her television roles in science-fiction and comedy. She was born on January 7, 1950, in Honolulu, Hawaii. Gray began her career as a successful fashion model and appeared in numerous advertising campaigns before turning to acting. She became widely known for portraying Colonel Wilma Deering on the television series Buck Rogers in the 25th Century, which aired from 1979 to 1981. She later starred as Kate Summers-Stratton on the popular sitcom Silver Spoons, appearing alongside Ricky Schroder during much of the show’s 1982–1987 run. Gray has also made guest appearances on many television programs, including Magnum, P.I., Fantasy Island, Murder, She Wrote, and Baywatch. In addition to acting, she has remained active on the science-fiction and nostalgia convention circuit. Her portrayal of Wilma Deering made her particularly popular with science-fiction fans, and she remains closely associated with the late-1970s and early-1980s era of television science fiction.
