Dana Delaney - Tombstone

Dana Delany (born March 13, 1956) is an American actress best known for her work in television, film, and theater. Born in New York City and raised in Connecticut, Delany studied theater at Wesleyan University before beginning her professional acting career. She gained widespread recognition as Army nurse Colleen McMurphy in the acclaimed television drama China Beach, which aired from 1988 to 1991. Her performance earned her two Primetime Emmy Awards. Delany later appeared in numerous films, including Tombstone (1993), Exit to Eden (1994), Fly Away Home (1996), and Wide Awake (1998). She also became well known for television roles in Desperate Housewives, Body of Proof, Hand of God, and Tulsa King. In animation, she provided the voice of Lois Lane in Superman: The Animated Series and other DC productions. Known for her versatility, intelligence, and strong dramatic presence, Delany has enjoyed a long career spanning stage, television, live-action film, and voice acting.
