Chad Everett - Medical Center

Chad Everett (Deceased) (June 11, 1937 – July 24, 2012) was an American actor best known for his starring role as Dr. Joe Gannon on the television medical drama Medical Center. Born Raymon Lee Cramton in South Bend, Indiana, Everett began acting in the 1960s and appeared in a variety of films and television programs before achieving major fame with Medical Center, which aired from 1969 to 1976. His performance as the handsome and dedicated surgeon made him one of television’s most recognizable leading men of the era and earned him Golden Globe nominations. Everett also appeared in films such as The Singing Nun (1966), Made in Paris (1966), and Airplane II: The Sequel (1982). Over the years, he made guest appearances on numerous television series, including Murder, She Wrote, Melrose Place, The Love Boat, and Cold Case. He continued working into the 2000s, including a memorable appearance in David Lynch’s Mulholland Drive. Everett was known for his polished screen presence, deep voice, and long career as both a leading man and character actor.
