Armin Shimerman (born November 5, 1949) is an American actor and voice performer best known for portraying the Ferengi bartender Quark on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. He also played Principal Snyder on Buffy the Vampire Slayer and appeared in television series including Beauty and the Beast, Seinfeld, and Boston Legal. His voice work includes the character Andrew Ryan in the BioShock video-game series.
