Gloria Loring - Days of Our Lives

Gloria Loring (born December 10, 1946) is an American singer and actress best known for portraying Liz Chandler on the daytime television series Days of Our Lives. She recorded the hit duet “Friends and Lovers” with Carl Anderson and co-wrote the theme songs for Diff’rent Strokes and The Facts of Life with her former husband, Alan Thicke. Loring is also an author and longtime advocate for diabetes research. She is the mother of singer Robin Thicke.
