Angela Cartwright (born September 9, 1952) is an English-born American actress, artist, photographer, and author. She is best known for playing Brigitta von Trapp in the classic film The Sound of Music and Penny Robinson in the television series Lost in Space. As a child actress, she also portrayed Linda Williams on The Danny Thomas Show and later continued making occasional film and television appearances while pursuing photography and other creative work.
