Rob Reiner (Deceased; March 6, 1947 – December 14, 2025) was an American actor, director, producer, and writer. He first became widely known for playing Michael “Meathead” Stivic on the television comedy All in the Family, a role that earned him two Emmy Awards. Reiner later directed many acclaimed films, including This Is Spinal Tap, Stand by Me, The Princess Bride, When Harry Met Sally..., Misery, and A Few Good Men. He was the son of celebrated comedian, actor, and filmmaker Carl Reiner.
